MAQIS import, export and transport permits for LIVE FISH

-Effective from 15thNovember 2010, MAQIS will implement new type of import, export and transport permits for Live Fish.

-The new import, export and transport permits will be printed on A4 size paper to replace the current permits issued to MAQIS customers.
-Please find attached the sample of current and new permits for your reference.

-The new implementation cover ALL permit issuing offices, stations and states including WP Labuan EXCEPT Sabah & Sarawak.

-Followings are the new requirements from MAQIS with effect from 15thNovember 2010:1. Current import, export and transport permits will be replaced with the new permits.
2. All permits must be applied electronically.
3. New permit should be printed on A4 size paper.
4. Users are required to print two (2) copies of permit from the ePermit system and bring the copies during physical inspection at entry/exit point.
